Successful artist for years, 30 year member of the Appleton Art Club, a founding artist and steering committee member of the Upper Minnesota Valley Arts Crawl, retired USPS clerk, and with her husband Paul a successful farming couple for decades, where Kerry has maintained the accounting for the farm operation.

VICE PRESIDENT

Licensed therapist at Appleton Area Health, married and mother of three young children; current Swift County Rural Development Authority board member; current Prairie Playhouse Childcare Center board member; developer of the Appleton Community Orchard.

SECRETARY/TREASURER

Homegrown Appletonian. Several years in education. Currently working at a local bank - Farmers and Merchants State Bank. Active community member. Currently part of the Appleton Community Foundation, Dollars for Scholars, Friends of the Library and the Appleton Hospital Foundation.

Long time employee of Pioneer Public TV, and for many years an active board member of the Swift County Fair Board and its successful rejuvenation and growth of the Swift County Fair; brings historical and practical knowledge of the physical plant, having worked in all areas of the facility for many years with Pioneer.

Resident of Appleton, photographer, dance mom, wife to local musician, Planning Director at the Upper Minnesota Valley Regional Development Commission (UMVRDC), Minnesota Historical Society Historic Resources Advisory Committee (HRAC), 2014 – 2017; Vice Chair in 2015; and Chair in 2016 and 2017.

Elementary school teacher, mother of two young boys, and the owner and manager for years of the successful Valley Dance Co, a current and primary tenant of the facility.

Attorney for 46 years, volunteer host of Pioneer Public TV’s Legal Lines program for 7 seasons, past President and multi-year board member of several Minnesota non-profits, including the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Ass. (aka Minnesota Association for Justice) and Clean Up the River Environment (CURE), the upper Minnesota River Valley’s environmental activist organization, and owner for 40 years of his law firm building, the 1891 original Citizens State Bank of Appleton, which he restored, refurbished and has operated his law firm in.

Wildlife biologist, married, and mom of two college aged kids. Board member for FLY (Food for our Learning Youth) and member of the Swift County Concert Band. Transplant to the Appleton area, and have been enjoying rural life and outdoor adventures here for 20 years.
