The historic part of the Appleton Heritage Center has many critical issues. The masonry is in extremely poor shape and is the highest priority. Bricks have started to fall off the building. Bats are finding their way into the building. Water is infiltrating into the building, adding to the deterioration of the interior. Addressing the masonry is essential to preserving the building’s structural integrity and historical character, ensuring it remains safe and visually appealing for future generations.
